




Ginger Biscuits
Ingredients
6oz plain flour
6oz granulated sugar
½ an egg
3oz margarine
¾ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon Ginger
Method
Cream the margarine and sugar until soft and without lumps. Add the egg gradually then add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and turn unto a floured surface. Divide into two oblong rolls. Cut into twelve biscuits with a cookie cutter or knife. Bake on gas mark 4 for ten minutes. Enjoy
